Revered Texan Hearth & Home is a 12 bed Personal Care Home designed to offer a small home like environment. We have been serving the community since 2010. With a focus on smaller facilities to resemble residential homes, Revered Texan is able to provide a living experience that is unique to our area.
We believe there is no place like home. However, there are many reasons why someone can no longer remain independent and safe at home. Revered Texan offers the next best thing, a home like setting designed to be small and comfortable while providing privacy and security that residents felt in their own homes.
Our Services
Homelike Feel
We provide a unique and personal approach to assisted living care services. Like most assisted living providers, we offer both long-term and respite care that combines housing, assistance with daily activities, and health care services as needed. In general, assisted living care is designed for those who require a little extra help with daily activities such as medication management, bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence, or a number of potential challenges.
Personalized Care
Each resident at Revered Texan is given an assessment at the time they move in and then again periodically as assistance requirements might change. We take pride in knowing we have created an environment that allows our owners, staff, and fellow residents the opportunity to become a family. Because of our facility’s physical size, the staff, and the orientation of our home, Revered Texan takes every measure possible to provide individualized assisted living care according to the needs and desires of each resident.
Services Include:
- Made from scratch delicious, dietitian-approved meals daily
- Housekeeping and personal laundry services
- 24-hour security and emergency call systems
- Social events and exercise and activities programs
- 24-hour staffing to facilitate planned and unplanned resident needs
- Assistance with activities of daily living (activities may include but are not limited to eating, bathing, toileting, dressing, and walking)
- Medication monitoring and charting
- Individual and shared rooms available
